Gina
von Esmarch's mandate at AmericaOne is to structure and implement sponsor
partnerships which meet the individual company's goals, objectives,
and needs and to oversee an overall fulfillment, public relations and
marketing effort designed to bring maximum return to our sponsor partners.
Von Esmarch's passion for
the public and media relations programs affords her an opportunity to
closely work on the continued development of the syndicate's image by
strategically targeting high-visibility opportunities for the team.
Prior to her career in sports marking and
public relations with AmericaOne, von Esmarch worked at Miller/Shandwick
Technologies, specializing in high-tech public relations. Her editorial
and marketing expertise included Internet products, software, telecommunications,
networking, client/server technology, computer storage and other peripheral

Von Esmarch began sailing on San Francisco
Bay at age six with her father, P. Terry Anderlini. From 1974 to 1980
she crewed in many Knarr-class regattas, including the International
Knarr Championship events in 1982 (Copenhagen) and 1983 (San Francisco).
She skippered her first boat, an El Toro, in 1980, and two years later
purchased and skippered a Laser. Her passion for sailing continued into
high school and she regularly crewed on her family's Islander 36, Wild
Thing, and joined the junior Laser sailing programs at both the St.
Francis and San Francisco yacht clubs.
Von Esmarch's public relations involvement
includes pro bono work for many non-profit organizations. She holds
