AmericaOne To Exhibit At Pacific Sail Expo '99

Oakland, CA - April 14, 1999: When Pacific Sail Expo comes to Jack London Square in Oakland, CA, April 14-18, AmericaOne will be there to greet syndicate supporters old and new.

The St Francis Yacht Club's challenger for the America's Cup will feature its IACC training boat as well as a booth with all the latest team merchandise, plus giveaways including stickers and buttons. Organized and presented by the sailing industry trade group Sail America, Pacific Sail Expo is the only in-water show and the biggest sail-only boat show on the West Coast. You can check the Pacific Sail Expo website for dates, times and admission prices.

Merchandise available at the AmericaOne Booth will include polo shirts, t-shrts, hats and posters. Giveaway items will include stickers and buttons and possibly water bottles. The first 25 visitors to the booth each day will receive a free poster.

Show visitors should check out the team's Boat Show Special which includes the latest Newsletter, a t-shirt and a poster. Ask too about free samples of Black Mountain Spring Water and sign up for regular deliveries.

Thinking of going to New Zealand for the Cup trials or the Cup itself? The New Zealand Tourism Board will have the latest information on travel opportunities, as well as a scale model of the the American Express America's Cup Village and boat harbor that will be home for AmericaOne for five months, starting in October this year.

The booth is easy to find. Look for the team's 22-foot long one-third scale tank test model of an IACC boat, together with one of the latest Ford Expedition sport utility vehicles.
