Team Dennis Conner is always competitive and is considered one of the teams to beat. In January Conner combined forces with Peter Holmberg's Team Caribbean Challenge from the St Thomas Yacht Club. Holmberg joined the Conner Team bringing with him all their America's Cup assets. Holmberg said his syndicate and supporters would continue to work towards a future challenge. Conner's new boat will carry signage for the Team Caribbean Challenge.
